NYPC will offer cross-margining between interest rate derivatives and underlying bonds.

NYSE Liffe US plans to offer futures on the two, five, 10 and 30 year Treasury bonds, as well as a Eurodollar contract. It also plans to list options on these futures in the fourth quarter.

At the moment the exchange offers futures on precious metals and on MSCI equity indexes.

It recently announced that it had closed its equity partnership, in which Citadel Securities, DRW Ventures, Getco, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS became investors.
